1. Agreement

By accessing or using SolPay (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

SolPay is a marketplace that helps buyers and sellers transact for digital goods and services. SolPay is not a party to the contract between buyers and sellers unless stated otherwise.

3. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be legally able to form a contract in your jurisdiction.
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account and keeping credentials secure.
  • Provide accurate information and keep your email address up to date.

4. Listings and user content

  • You are responsible for your listings, descriptions, and any content you upload.
  • Do not post illegal content, malware, stolen goods, or content that infringes IP rights.
  • Do not attempt to bypass SolPay escrow or move transactions off-platform.

5. Payments, escrow, and fees

  • Payments may be made using SOL or your SolPay balance (when available).
  • For SOL payments, blockchain transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for sending the exact amount to the order payment address.
  • Funds may be held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery or an auto-complete/dispute process resolves the order.
  • Platform fees (if any) and network fees may apply. Fees are shown in the UI or in admin configuration.

6. Disputes

If a dispute is opened, SolPay may review available order data (including chat history and attachments) to help resolve the dispute. You agree to cooperate and provide requested information. Dispute outcomes may be final to protect marketplace integrity.

7. Prohibited activity

  • Fraud, chargeback abuse, phishing, social engineering, or scam attempts.
  • Money laundering or other unlawful financial activity.
  • Abuse of the Service, including exploiting bugs or interfering with platform security.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or for compliance reasons. We may also remove listings or content that violates these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. SolPay does not guarantee the quality, legality, or delivery of any goods or services offered by users.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolPay will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
