2. Blockchain data
If you pay using SOL, the transaction is recorded on the Solana blockchain and may be publicly visible (for example, wallet addresses and transaction hashes). SolPay does not control the blockchain and cannot delete or change on-chain records.
3. How we use information
- To provide the Service (accounts, orders, escrow flows, dispute handling).
- To communicate with you (verification emails, password resets, notifications).
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- To improve the Service (analytics, debugging, performance monitoring).
4. How we share information
- With other users as needed to complete an order (e.g., chat messages within an order).
- With service providers (hosting, email delivery) to operate the Service.
